Who runs InvestX. [Company name] (company under registration), Mainstreet 8, 6270 Brattvaag, Norway. Questions, data requests and deletion: support@investx.aintegration.org.

What is stored. Your e-mail address and sign-in; your settings (level of detail, home market, currency, look, theme, language); the agents you set up, their configuration and their runs; the questions you ask and the answers you get; feedback you write. Shared market data (prices, filings, news tone) is not personal data. Everything is kept in the EU (Frankfurt) on Supabase and Vercel.

What is not stored. InvestX does not hold your broker login or move money. Positions you add are yours to add and delete.

Processors. Supabase (database, sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the research agent's model and the feedback board's tidy-up — the text of your questions and feedback is sent to Anthropic in the USA to be processed), market-data providers for shared prices (no personal data).

Cookies. Your session, and your choices: theme (ap_theme), look (ap_template), language (ap_lang), level of detail (ix_level). No advertising cookies.

Admin access. The founder can open a read-only view of your account to help you; each look is logged and visible to you on request.

Deletion. Ask, and your account, agents, questions and login are deleted.

Not advice. InvestX researches and explains. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, and nothing in it is personal investment advice.
